Join a live health and safety assessment and complete it in real time.

Workshop Outline

As a business within the construction sector, your clients are often looking for health and safety assurance without having to spend a lot of time and resources on verifying your business. This is where having the right health and safety accreditations can not only help you reassure your clients, but also help establish a competitive edge when applying for opportunities.

In this workshop we will give you an overview of some of the most popular health and safety accreditation schemes and go through the online assessment processes. We will do this by taking you through the assessment questions, the basic requirements and the types of documents you need to submit.

We will introduce you to the following:

  • CHAS
  • Safecontractor
  • Constructionline/ Altius Accreditation
  • Safety Schemes in Procurement
  • Training requirements and competence

You will also find out what you do not have in place and may need to prepare for.

Workshop Outcomes

The main outcomes of the workshop are that you will appreciate:

  • The differences and similarities between the different accreditations
  • What you do not have in place
  • What you need to prepare for
  • The resources required to achieve the accreditations

You will be able to walk away with an ‘Action Plan’ of what you need to do to achieve your chosen health and safety accreditation.

Who should attend?

This workshop is primarily for construction companies or those in the construction supply chain, however any company that has been asked to attain this accreditation are welcome to attend.
